This family owned and operated company utilizes the experience of Manuel Durand, Rick Durand, and Michael Simmons to bring more than 30 years of measurable success in real estate brokering, commercial property management, finance and accounting, and marketing solutions.

Manuel Durand, senior associate, was educated in Puerto Rico and subsequently gained employment with the second largest commercial bank, one of the “Big 8” CPA firms, local and international investors and property management companies to function as their chief financial officer and property manager.  His bilingual experience with accounting in the commercial real estate sales and leasing fields makes him a value-added asset. He also holds a Florida real estate sales associate license.

Michael Simmons’ experience is centered in the budget management aspect of large-scale projects, contracting, and financial analysis.  He has committed twenty-five years to the extensive knowledge and experience in all phases of the contracting process, including development of proposals, procurement processes and legal requirements, contract document preparation, quality assurance processes, and risk assessment.

Rick Durand earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and has worked diligently to become educated in the commercial real estate field, from financing to sales.  Also, bilingual, he earned his real estate broker’s license and has committed himself to the integration of creative marketing into property management, sales, and leasing.  His marketing experience includes developing and managing web marketing campaigns and campaign data analysis for prominent companies in the health industry.
